Non dairy Mushroom Risotto. Pan fry some brown Mushroom, garlic and onion. Add them to a casserole dish of Arborio rice, stock and coconut cream (1:1:1). Add salt and pepper. #combisteam steam for 25 mins. Add a tablespoon margarine to cooked Risotto. Top with fried, crunchy shallots or browned, crunchy shredded coconut.. see Ma? No dairy. No meat..
