Jam filled donuts

Oops I did it again.. Jam filled this time! Jam filled donuts using standard bread dough. Proof on steam 40c for 30 mins. And then, deep fried, of course 😊..
This may not be the final frontier but the #combisteam oven does takes you to where you’ve never gone before.. Inspires you to try new recipes, experiment, create & innovate.
