The Perfect Pecan Crumble

Imagine a symphony of textures and tastes, finishing your dessert and creating an ultimate masterpiece..

Have it on panna cotta, sticky date pudding, custard, Crème Brulé (when a torch is not available)..


1c flour

1/3c brown sugar

1/2c chopped pecans

1/2c melted butter

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


  1. Combine all ingredients and spread mixture into a lined baking pan
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for about 15-20 mins
  3. Let cool and crumble before storing. Freezes perfectly.


Portion into small bags, vacuum seal and freeze. Easy as!
