Ingredients
10 egg yolks
100g sugar
500ml milk
500ml whipping cream
2 tbsp vanilla paste
2 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Mix sugar and egg yolks well
- Add milk, cream, vanilla paste & essence. Mix gently with a spatula without creating too much bubbles
- Sieve into a jug and portion into small glasses
- Steam at 90c for about 20 mins
