Self Cooking Lamb stew

Self cooking in the sense, no baby sitting required. Nada. ‘Lock’ and leave
Lamb stew. Tender, moist, cooked to perfection.
Now a little story.. My family used to run a franchise restaurant in North America where we would cook gigantic pots of Irish beef stew. Timing, temperature and constant stirring were critical.
To think I could dump everything into a casserole dish and walked away is unimaginable this time ..
Simply mix lamb with half a cup of white wine, 2 cups stock, salt & pepper, 2 tablespoons corn starch & 2 whole garlic with tips cut off. Choose #combisteam BakeOmatic Braise, medium brown. Press start or choose End time if you want to eat later.
Then, go relax. Go shopping. Do anything but slaving in the kitchen 😉
