6 minutes Mushroom Bruschetta

A creamy explosion of taste and texture in an easy, quick snack. 6 minutes in the oven.

Ingredients

Brown mushroom

Baguette

Goat cheese

Chives

Onion jam

shredded parmesan

spinach & rocket leaves

salt & pepper

 

Method

  1. Tray 1 : Slice mushrooms and spread in a single layer on a lined tray.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt (flavored salt YES 🙂 & pepper
  3. Tray 2 : Lay out sliced baguette on one half and shredded parmesan on the other half
  4. Oven grill both trays on Hot Air steam 230C, 6 minutes
  5. Assemble bruschetta – spread onion jam, top with spinach/rocket leaves, mushroom, goat cheese. crispy parmesan and chopped chives
