Meat Loaf In Puff Pastry

Meat loaf in puff pastry. Just when I had that “I don’t know what to cook” moment.. Mix minced beef with chopped veggies (onion, celery, tomatoes etc), left over cheeses (parme, ricotta, fetta etc – adds moisture and flavour -optional though) and season with salt and pepper. Throw in some herbs too ..like Basil, parsley.. and keep loaf together with bread crumbs.
Line puff pastry in loaf pan and bake #combisteam BakeOmatic on Baked Dish, medium brown.
Dinner solved 😉
P/s. No need to pre cook mince.. yay 🎉
