Perfect hard boiled eggs every time. No more grey edges which denote over cooking :).

Ingredients

Eggs XL or 70g

Grill rack

Method

  1. Place eggs, any number, on the grill rack directly (so they don’t move), or place whole egg carton (paper base) onto the rack. No, they won’t explode (no microwaves, remember?)
  2. Steam 100c for 12 minutes (for larger eggs, add 1 minute extra, for smaller, 1 minute less – test and adapt)
  3. When eggs are done, submerge into cool, tap water
  4. Peel (crack and peel the middle circumference first. The ends should come off easily. Remember older eggs peel easier)
