Inspired by Pretzel Day, 26 April. I could eat and eat and not get tired of Pretzels.. yes you can ‘so’ bake them at home using basic bread dough. Rest the dough , save it for the next day (even), shape them, dip into very hot water with a pinch of soda bicarbonate. Sprinkle with coarse salt and #combisteam hot air steam 230c for 15 mins. Then brush with butter and sprinkle on some sugar.. 💫..heaven’s a place on earth, trust me 😇
