Ingredients
Chicken breast
Cheese – Taleggio/Gruyere/or any semi-firm strong cheeses with washed rinds
Sage
Prosciutto slices
Salt & Pepper
Method
1. Slice Chicken breast and stuff with cheese stick and sage wrapped in prosciutto
2. Secure with skewers (instead of tooth picks – because they are easier to remove)
3. Spray olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
3. Preheat combisteam oven on hot air steam, 230c and then bake for 15 mins
Serve with roasted unpeeled red/sweet potato wedges/pumpkin/carrots and buttered rice or on a bed of green salad
