Savoury Butter Chicken with Garlic Buttered rice. Yumm..
Ingredients
500g Chunky chicken thighs
3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
2 chopped onions
2 teaspoons garam masala
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons tumeric
1 teaspoon hot chilli powder
400g can crushed tomatoes
salt
pepper

250g cream (whipping, Philly cooking or coconut cream)
1/4 cup coriander
1/4 cup toasted almond flakes
Method
1. Everything goes into a casserole dish EXCEPT the last 3
2. Don plastic disposable gloves and massage/mix well
3. #combisteam BakeOmatic Braise, medium brown. OR, hot air humid 165c, 50 mins
4. When done, mix in cream. sprinkle coriander and top with toasted almond flakes
Garlic Buttered rice
Pan fry some minced garlic in oil. Add to steamed basmati rice with 2 tablespoons butter and pinch of salt.

And, pan fry or microwave papadum as crunchy sides

And, as an extra, extra side, add lemon/lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, chilli flakes to long, shredded carrot & white radish/Daikon & thinly sliced red onions.. talk about colors!
