Oven ‘Fried Chicken Wings

Oven fried wings

With all the crunch and flavours of deep frying. Crunchy, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.

No oil required.  Easy.


10 Chicken wings

2 tablespoons Tumeric powder

2 tablespoons flour

2 tsps salt


  1. Place all wings* in a large mixing bowl
  2. Add all ingredients’
  3. Mix and massage well. Make sure wings are completely coated
  4. Bake in a preheated oven on hot air steam (convection+full steam) 230c for 25 mins

*Wings should be damp for ingredients to stick. Wet wings with water if required
