Oven fried wings
With all the crunch and flavours of deep frying. Crunchy, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
No oil required. Easy.
Ingredients
10 Chicken wings
2 tablespoons Tumeric powder
2 tablespoons flour
2 tsps salt
Method
- Place all wings* in a large mixing bowl
- Add all ingredients’
- Mix and massage well. Make sure wings are completely coated
- Bake in a preheated oven on hot air steam (convection+full steam) 230c for 25 mins
*Wings should be damp for ingredients to stick. Wet wings with water if required
