Have you tried the Bread & Butter Raspberry Pudding from the V-ZUG cookbook? Pretty & delicious. I omitted the sugar (white choc is sweet enough) and used milk instead of cream (to keep ‘closer’ to my 2018 resolution) mmm..;)
